Classes

When there is demand I run a classes for groups of two or three people. Ideal if you and some friends want to do some Personal Training but don’t want to spend the money on 1-2-1 sessions.

Current class ideas:

Box, stretch and chill

This is a class where I teach a medium intensity boxing session for the first half of the class – something to get your heart-rate up and burn some calories – followed by a yoga inspired stretching routine, to lengthen out your muscles and get rid of tension. We end with a few minutes of breathing and relaxation.

Kettlebell, stretch and chill

Following the same pattern as the boxing class, I teach a medium intensity kettlebell session for the first half of the class – something to get your heart-rate up and burn some calories – followed by a yoga inspired stretching routine, to lengthen out your muscles and get rid of tension. We end with a few minutes of breathing and relaxation.

Stretch, strengthen and relax

This is a non-aerobic class designed to strength your core using balance techniques, yoga style poses and breathing to promote flexibility and general well-being.
