Personal training is an opportunity to get fit and stay fit with programmes that are tailored to meet your needs, using the motivational skills, enthusiasm and training of a qualified professional.
So whether you’re taking up exercise for the first time and are a bit nervous, or want a tough programme that takes you to a PB in the London Marathon I can help.
You might be pre or post natal, starting a weight-loss programme and want to do some exercise to go with it, you might be trying to get in shape for a special event or you might just need a bit of extra motivation after hours alone, bored in the gym.
You will receive a programme that is built solely for you and that develops and changes as you reach goals or need something new.
Basically, there’s no standard programme. We’ll discuss your needs and come up with something you’ll like the sound of and we’ll get going!
The choices are endless. You might start exercising in your own home, out in the fresh air, or in the local gym. We might start with cycling, running, swimming or weights. We might play a bit of tennis, or simply just walk.
You might want a Personal Trainer one day a week or four days a week. You might have serious athletic goals that can only to be achieved with the support and encouragement of Personal Trainer.
One thing is for sure if you’re not happy with the programme we’ll change it and I’ll always be asking you if you’re enjoying it – because if you’re not, we won’t succeed.
What You Get For Your Money
Free Consultation
All initial consultations are free of charge. I’m very happy to meet up for a no-obligation chat about what you’re hoping for from Personal Training and answer any questions or concerns you might have.
Fitness Testing
All clients are offered a full range of fitness testing – cardio-vascular testing, weight/resistence-testing, flexibility testing, body composition tests and lifestyle consultations.
All clients will be re-tested on a regular basis in order to monitor progress.
All fitness tests and reviews are free of charge to clients buying fitness packages.
Nutritional Assessments and Advice
Clients are offered a chance to complete a food diary and receive nutritional advice and diet planning.
Training Programmes
Depending on your goals and objectives your programme will be designed specifically for you and will be reviewed on a regular basis – you won’t go more than six-weeks without a review and a new programme. This will ensure you’ll continue to develop and improve.
Locations
Training can take place in a number of locations. I can train you in the comfort or your own home, out in the fresh air or in a choice of state-of-the-art private studio gyms in Teddington and Twickenham*
