My name is Gayle Bell and I’m a fully qualified Advanced Personal Trainer (Level 3) and Sports Massage Therapist and committed Wellness coach.
I’m also a busy mum who knows how hard it can be to balance real life with staying fit, sustaining wellness and maintaining a healthy weight that makes you feel happy in your own skin (and clothes!).
For me, being fit and being well should be a lifestyle choice for everyone. It should be always be fun, varied and make you feel great…it also gives you the perfect excuse to indulge when you want – guilt free.
My philosophy for both Personal Training and Wellness Days is to listen to your goals, your aspirations, your worries, likes and dislikes and make sure you overcome any barriers to achieve your goals.
I’ve been involved in the sports industry in various guises my whole working life and after years as a TV Sports Producer and journalist I retrained to become a PT and subsequently Wellness Coach.
My own sports background is in rowing (Henley and National Championships), marathon running (London 2002 & 2003, New York City 2003), London to Paris cycle (2012), and more recently triathlons. and in a variety of other sports for recreation (cycling, circuit training, squash, swimming, football.)
Having participated in sport at a high level I am able to cater for those who want to improve their athletic performance – weight training, plyometrics, and sports specific aerobic and anaerobic sessions.
I’ve also spent periods of my life over weight, suffering chronic conditions and got out of shape, so I know how hard it can be to get motivated and back on track. But it’s worth the effort…
